Introducing a unique Dental Insurance and Part Payment facility from GLOBAL DENTISTRY which will provide you the surety of best treatment provided by this center. Also provide part payment facility for the heavy treatment charges at 0% interest rate.
One has to issue a Global Dental Insurance & Part Payment Facility Card (GDI Card) to enjoy the facilities. It would be for one year and or five year tenure.

Facilities provided are as follows

  • The card will insure the treatment which has already been successfully completed in the center. In case of any failure of provided treatment in the given tenure of insurance, the specific treatment will be provided free of charge. Following treatment modalities are cover in this facility
  • Filling (any type)
  • Crown & bridges (metal, metal-ceramic, all ceramic) in case of any fracture or chip off.
  • Root canal therapy (#- crown fracture during or after root canal therapy will not entitled for replacement of teeth)
  • Dentures (partial / complete)
  • Dental Implants (single tooth-implant supporting bridges-implant supported dentures)
  • Orthodontic treatment

Following treatment modalities are NOT cover in this facility

  • Scaling and Polishing
  • All periodontal therapy- gums therapy / surgery
    Note: Dislodged crown / bridges should bring it to the office within 2 days, re-cementation will be free of charge, but in case crown / bridges misplaced by the patient then guest have to pay for it.
  • The card will allow free dental check-up for 4 family members during the tenure.
  • Oral prophylaxis (scaling & polishing) free of charge once in a year for card holder.
  • Card holder is eligible for part payment facilities provided by the global dentistry (*).

Terms and condition for part payment facility

  • Treatment charges more than 20000 INR will be entitled for part payment facility.
  • Minimum 40% of total treatment charges have to be deposited by the guest and 60% will be paid through post dated cheques (PDC)
  • Interest rate will be 0%.
  • No processing fees.
  • Not more than 6 months will be given to the guest for re-payment.
  • Part payment will be in the form of 6 Post dated cheques (PDC).

Documents require for the loan facility

  • Identity and address proof.
  • Bank statements of a/c for not less than 6 months.
  • 6 PDCs for same a/c.
